Weese187 says...

They arent too similar but they are seriosly both extremely good to watch. They both have aFantacy sense to it and a lot of comedy. This anime will keep many viewers at the end of their seat during battles.

Sakurapie says...

They both have the same feel if you're looking for school, magic and romance I'd suggest both

JH579 says...

I don't know why, but I have a feeling of unity or a undescribable similarity watching these two. I really like them both.

arhamathar says...

i agree because both are soul powers and i think they both are like each other

so you watch it and romance is very good in both of these anime

minoriakabe says...

Both animes have their m/c as swordsmen. Their weapons exists thanks to the power that comes from their souls. In short, they use a kind of magic to fight.

There are not a lot of differences between the two. Both animes have a special school especially for those kind of students, there's a lot of competitions between the students and unexplainable powers of the m/c.

Fantasy/superpower/school-life genre lovers should watch this.

saffydog461 says...

There not entirely the same but definitely have the same sort of feel about them. The whole fantasy world and the back story for both are quite good. Definitely a good match if you like to watch these sorts of things.

redstormer says...

I feel like 'Hagure Yuuha no Estetica' is the grown up version of 'Seiken Tsukai no World Break!' Both have the talented 'Oni-sama' that goes out of their way to protect their little 'sister' and do so fabulously! These series share the adventure of a new start at a school for the gifted, if you're looking for a magical time definitely check out these two series!

aeriass says...
Swordsman

There are several similarities between the two anime. The protagonist is a power heroes with a badass sword. Heroin have a pink hair. It happens in a academy for heroes. Fan service is present! The chara-design is not bad.

DarkSide90 says...

This will be very short.

Both animes are very similar because they share many themes. Major themes is how the main character is over powered throughout the anime as well as being a 'hero.' There is also the theme of Harem/Romance.

StreetNinja says...

Both of these echi harem animes have an overpowered male leading charecter and are set in a magical school with fighting and romance themes.

Qualidea Code

To protect Japan from the Unknowns appearing from the Tokyo Bay, these kids would start their own battles at the defensive strongholds of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba.

Reasons you might like Qualidea Code...

PurplePeopleEater says...

High school students fight creatures with weapons and what could qualify as magic. That sums up both decently well.

DianaTaiTan says...

It's very similar how the teenagers posess a super power and are trying to save the world from 'unknown' monsters etc. I enjoyed this anime as much as I enjoyed Qualidea Code and I definitely recommend this anime if you want to see something similar yet entertainingly different :)

doggylue08 says...

In both animes, the protagonists are all fighting against supernatural creatures that want to destroy the world. In Qualidea Code, it doesn't focus much on romance like it does in World Break, but I can see the similarity between the two.

Both have a sister who is way too interested. Both have an overpowered main character.

Seiken Tsukai has better character development than Irregular.

They are simmilar in base consepts, but take the idea of Magic Knights differently.

Base Similaties

  • School setting: check
  • The summoning of weapons on command: check
  • Ecchi: check well... one way more than the other
  • Magic/Holy Knights: in this intro said it all
  • Main hero a bada** : would not love both if answer was no
  • Fire effects: check
Aria
mesanator says...

pretty much a ctrl+c, ctrl+v. But honestly, Chivalry of a failed knight is much more entertaining.
